Recently a new Hoodia product has been launched on the market, claiming to be the best hoodia product ever created. Is it a fact or another hoodia scam? We'll try to review it here, taking the claims and revealing the truth besides each of them.
1. UniqueHoodia is made from real, unaltered, pure South African Hoodia Gordonii
Hoodia Gordonii is protected species, so claiming to offer real hoodia are suspicious. Any merchant, that offers "real hoodia goordonii" should be able to prove it, by showing certificate of origin. In fact Hoodia Gordonii can be obtained from few suppliers, and being rare it is not very cheap. According to the price of UniqueHoodia they are offering real hoodia, but what certificates say? A CITES certificate means that the merchant is really offering real, authentic hoodia. Such certificate is given for 6 month, then the exporter should apply again for such. We can see CITES certificate at the uniqueHoodia website. That was for the "real" part. But is it pure?
Pureness of the product can be evaluated by lab analysis. Should you not see such, don't buy it. UniqueHoodia has Certificate of Analysis, performed by indipendent, third party laboratory, so here they are again telling the truth - they offer pure hoodia product. This is very important, as many hoodia products are cheap scams, containing dangerous ingredients, that can be very harmful for you. Taking such product you can eventually may finish in hospital, to be treated from the side effects of the cheap scam you bought.
2. Ingredients clinically proven to suppress your appetite and help you to lose weight
By far there are only few small clinical studies with Hoodia Gordonii (so called preliminary studies, on which are based larger ones). However, the results from these studies are clear - Hoodia suppress appetite. A study that Phytopharm conducted, shows that calorie intake is reduced from 1,000 to by up to 2,000 calories. I bet you'll lose some fat!

3. Stop your food cravings safely and effectively
